The D.Pharm course is designed to prepare students for careers in pharmacy practice—dispensing, compounding, and managing medications under a registered pharmacist. It serves as the foundation for those who wish to become licensed pharmacists or pursue further studies like B.Pharm.
First Year: Pharmaceutics-I, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-I, Pharmacognosy, Biochemistry & Clinical Pathology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Health Education & Community Pharmacy
Second Year: Pharmaceutics-II, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-II, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence, Drug Store & Business Management, Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy
Passed H.S.C. (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics | Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category) | Minimum 17 years age
Registered Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Representative, Dispensing Assistant, Hospital/Clinical Assistant, Self-employed Pharmacist
Direct admission to 2nd year of B.Pharm (Lateral Entry), B.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Pharmacology, M.Pharm, MBA (Pharma Management), Pharm.D
