Programs Offered

D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)

Duration: 2 years (full-time) + 500 hours of practical training

Level: Diploma (Post-Secondary)

Approved by: Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra, and Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE)

The D.Pharm course is designed to prepare students for careers in pharmacy practice—dispensing, compounding, and managing medications under a registered pharmacist. It serves as the foundation for those who wish to become licensed pharmacists or pursue further studies like B.Pharm.

Curriculum Structure

First Year: Pharmaceutics-I, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-I, Pharmacognosy, Biochemistry & Clinical Pathology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Health Education & Community Pharmacy

Second Year: Pharmaceutics-II, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-II, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence, Drug Store & Business Management, Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy

Eligibility Criteria

Passed H.S.C. (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics | Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category) | Minimum 17 years age

Registered Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Medical Representative, Dispensing Assistant, Hospital/Clinical Assistant, Self-employed Pharmacist
